Kim Ha-Sung, shoulder to shoulder with Ichiro: ‘He’s the best leadoff hitter in the game’

Since breaking into the big leagues in 2021, Kim has played multiple positions in the infield, including shortstop, third base, and second base. Last year, he was one of three finalists for the Gold Glove Award at second base, proving his defensive prowess.

In 108 games this season, Kim is batting .288 with 15 home runs and 41 RBIs. His OPS (on-base percentage plus slugging percentage) is 0.838.
