Saudi Arabia’s Al Nasr has added another player from the European leagues to its roster.
바카라사이트 Al Nasr officially announced the signing of Portuguese winger Otavio on its official website on Wednesday (July 22). The deal is for three years. According to global transfer market site Transfermarkt, the transfer fee is €60 million ($86.9 billion).
Al Nasr is one of several Saudi clubs in the Saudi Professional League who are using their deep pockets to buy players who play in Europe. It started with world soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo. In January, Al Nasr signed him as a free agent after he was released by Manchester United.
After making a splash with the signing of Ronaldo, Al Nasr opened its wallet in earnest this summer. He snapped up Inter Milan defensive midfielder Marcelo Brozovic for €18 million ($26 billion). Liverpool and Bayern Munich star Sadio Mane also donned an Al Nasr shirt for €30 million ($434). Seko Fofana, Alex Telles, and others also chose to join Al Nasr.
It didn’t stop there, as Al Nasr also brought in Otavio. The longtime FC Porto player scored 31 goals and provided 75 assists in 283 games across all competitions during his nine years with the club. A member of the Portuguese national team, he was also called up to the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar. Portugal were drawn in Group H with South Korea, but Otavio missed the match due to a muscle problem.
